The Unexpected New Difficulty put me on my mettle

I had faced many problems in my life. Since the first job as a medical transcriptionist, I had faced problems on accuracy and those companies used to deduct from salary. Then I changed jobs in order to avoid those problems in life. Those problems had put me on my mettle. It had motivated me to stand up and work for my personal development.

I was working as a public relations in NGO after working for six years in the medical transcription field. I had encountered salary problems and those organizations had secretary who used to say something and do something else. I took a resolution to start something on my own. During that time, I got encouragement from an NGO in sodpur named Sodpur Srijony Welfare Society. The secretary of that NGO had helped me to start my school, which was named Performing Artist Society. I am teaching keyboard, harmonica, guitar, flute for more than six years.  The name of the music university is srijony bangiya sangeet kala Kendra. I was fortunate to get training from Mr. Trinesh Dewanjee who taught me flute for one and half years.  Just after six months of training, inspite of all odds, I showed my skill in teaching flute and taught students. Simply by giving advertisements in free classifieds websites, I got students from different parts of West Bengal and taught them. I gave them certificates.

The tough situation had put me on my mettle when I faced problem in learning guitar. I tried hard to learn from youtube and also from a teacher named Rhitom Sarkar who gave me a basic training for six months. I was really glad to come in touch with Mr. Trinesh Dewanjee who helped me learn Spanish guitar further for six months.  I gave advertisements and fortunately got some students of Spanish guitar.  In life, you will encounter troubles but you have to face your problems and those difficulties will put you on your mettle. It will motivate you to do the best.
